Official responsibility for managing the development of international agreements rests with the Office of International Education (OIE). An array of other CMU offices play an important role in facilitating the process, including the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. OIE, in consultation with Academic Affairs and CMU's General Counsel, has completed the 2007 edition of the Handbook of International Linkages. This Handbook is an essential reference for anyone on campus who wishes to develop an international agreement.
